Terms
The rules for using Geocash, in plain English. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who we are
Geocash is run by Geocash Pty Ltd. This is a test build: hunts, screens and these terms may change while we get it ready to launch.
Your account
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.
- Give your real date of birth. Paid hunts and pub crawls are for players 18 and over.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
Playing safely
- Hunts happen in public places. Watch where you’re going, follow road rules and look up from your phone when you cross.
- Never enter private property or anywhere closed to the public to reach a checkpoint.
- Respect the venues and the people around you. You’re responsible for your own safety while you play.
Fair play
- Play your own game: no faking your location, sharing answers mid-hunt or using tools that play for you.
- We review the finishes of a hunt with a jackpot before naming a winner, and can disqualify a finish that breaks these rules.
Payments
This build takes no payments. A hunt may show an entry price, but entering charges nothing.
Changes
These terms are a draft. When they change we’ll update this page and its version number.
